Snigdha Tiash, mentee in the 2020-21 program in QLD (Griffith University).
Tiash is passionate to improve treatment options against infectious diseases and cancer and has a demonstrated experience in this field for more than 10 years. She joined at Griffith Institute for Drug Discovery as a Research Fellow and currently working on drug discovery for parasitic diseases. She completed her PhD (2015) from Monash University on drug delivery in breast cancer. Previously she worked on different infectious diseases during her Masters (2008) and employment (2008-2010) at International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b). Tiash is very much interested in research and development (R&D) sectors in drug discovery fields.
