MENTEE – Maria Auladell

Maria Auladell graduated from Medical School and completed a Masters in Translational Research in Barcelona, Spain. She then came to Melbourne to do a PhD in Immunology shared between the Kedzierska Lab, at The University of Melbourne, and the WHO Collaborating Centre for Reference and Research on Influenza in Melbourne. Her work primarily focuses on the B cell and antibody responses to seasonal influenza vaccination in a unique Vietnamese household cohort. Besides her PhD, Maria also works as a casual demonstrator at The University of Melbourne. She is also a Volunteer for Museums Victoria participating in a great variety of activities engaging a heterogeneous public.
